what a home town christmas treat. You did a wonderful job putting this piece of art together and involved the whole community. This motivates our youth to expand positive ideas all across the board and not be bored as is the term we hear in small communities. Thanks Quinhagak. send me an autographed picture before you become too famous!

  8. I love this...what a great idea...have watched it five or six times already...just wish I knew how to forward this to some friends....this is the true Alaska. What a great does makes me smile and also sends goose bumps.

I missed out on the Christmas program, I was one day late...but I got to watch the videos how times in one day and also I had to watch it on the news! I wish I were a fifth grader, again! Thanks Mr. B.

  17. This is just awesome! What a bunch of creative and brave kids...and teacher! It looks cold up there, and I'm from Maine, originally, so I'm familiar with cold, but you guys looked cold! :) What a unique way to portray this awesome song. It was amazing and funny all at once! Thanks for that! Merry Christmas to all of you...from a state a bit warmer than yours! :)

    Hi Jim,
I was just sent this video and watched it twice in a row with my 7 year-old daughter. While we laughed at how adorable it was, I found my eyes starting to tear up, too. So touching and fun and cool and amazing and sweet and hilarious and awesome. I'm going to send it on to my adult choir and children's choir families here in San Diego. This must be shared! Thank you!!! Awesome job!!!

I'm from what people consider Northern Canada (Slave Lake, Alberta). I can appreciate winter coats and white-covered spruce trees. Absolutely loved the video. I laughed, I cried. I was quite impressed by the quality of the editing (though I'm not qualified to judge), the creativity, and the artistic interpretation.
